The Inn at Great Neck proudly presents the newest French/American bistro in Great Neck. In early 2012 the Inn took over operations and management of its Restaurant, and since then the Hotel has been working on developing a new look and feel to its Restaurant, Bar and Lounge, which has been accomplished. In addition, and perhaps more significant is that the Inn has hired Great Neck’s Executive Chef, Robert Stancati, formerly of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy along with some other key personnel in their kitchen. What’s more, the Hotel also hired a new Restaurant and Banquet Manager from within the company that will be providing guests with the same self-imposed customer service standards that the Hotel itself has, which is to exceed one’s expectations.
The Hotel has launched the Brasserie Americana. The Brasserie Americana offers a Dynamic Menu, which is one that will utilizes the freshest seasonal ingredients, with the vast majority of its key ingredients being produced and prepped in-house. Each of the dishes on the new menus have a unique French/American flair. The menu is one that is subject to change in order to provide guests with unique dining options each time they visit the Brasserie Americana. The Restaurant has also developed a new wine list, with many French/American options along with some of the more popular local Long Island wine options. Guests may also enjoy the Bar’s new six tap beer system, which offers a variety of select beers from nearby micro breweries. An array of specialty and seasonal drink specials are available and will be rotated on a seasonal basis.
The Inn at Great Neck looks forward to providing its in-house guests with fresh new menu options, better service, and an atmosphere that is inviting and extremely comfortable. In addition the Hotel hopes that those in the surrounding area and those from afar will choose the new Brasserie Americana and it will become one of their local favorites.
As in the past, the new Restaurant is available for large groups (i.e. 20 – 30 attendees) for semi-private functions. Be sure to inquire about the Restaurant’s brand new Private Dining and Cocktail Lounge for small intimate groups (i.e. 6 – 8 people). The new cocktail room has been equipped with a comfortable leather couch, leather chair, new tables, and a brand new 40” LED Flat Screen SMART TV. The cocktail room is perfect for small groups seeking an intimate setting, such as ladies night out, and small groups just seeking a place they can relax and unwind from the ordinary.
