Cancellations must be made before 3:00 p.m., 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night’s room and tax fees. Policies can vary for specials, packages, and prepaid reservations. Please review the booking description of your reservation.
A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee all reservations.
Check-In time is 3 p.m. and Check-Out time is 12 p.m. Guests must be at least 21 years old to check into a hotel. A valid credit card and government ID must be presented at check-in. Early Check-In is by request only and not guaranteed. Late Check-Out is also based upon availability; a fee may apply for late check-out.
Gift Certificates & Prepaid Bookings
Gift certificates are available directly through the hotel. Prepaid bookings require a credit card authorization form to be completed and faxed to the hotel. This form is available by calling the hotel directly.
Luggage storage is available to guests of the hotel through the front desk and bellman at no charge. Luggage can be held at the hotel during your stay for up to 24 hours. The hotel is not responsible for luggage stored after 24 hours.
Valet parking is available 24 hours a day for a fee of $18.00 per night. Vehicles may be taken in and out. Please allow 10 minutes for vehicle retrieval. Additional metered street parking is available, please adhere to local parking rules.
The Inn at Great Neck welcomes service animals.
Small dogs weighing 20 pounds or less are also welcome. A waiver must be signed upon arrival and a $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required. No pets are allowed in the restaurant or bar, and may not be left unattended in the guest rooms.
The Inn at Great Neck is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted inside any guest room or other interior area of the hotel. Smoking is permitted in designated areas in the front of the hotel. There is a $250.00 fine for violation of the smoking policy.
Tax Exempt Guests
All tax exempt guests must bring an individual tax exempt form from their organization or place of business and present it upon checking in.
